In photo (B) the flap of the support pouch is folded down so that you can view the male Velcro strip located at the top center and back of the flap. You attach the male Velcro strip to the female Velcro strip located in the front inside of brief as shown. You can view this strip at the top center of each of the photos. With this attach style you can choose the support that's just right for you.
